JU-ON (THE GRUDGE) was very good, very fun and very creepy. I highly recommend it. Bonus points for extended scenes of Japanese schoolgirls in uniform...
ICHI THE KILLER was interesting, but I really couldn't get into it. Maybe I need to watch it again...
VERSUS was one of those movies that sets up the plot in the first reel and then runs headlong into the final reel. Lots of guns, lots of samurai slashing, lots of blood.
Final score, I may go out and buy JU-ON and I'm thinking about renting the American remake: THE GRUDGE...
