Broadband Cable

Ordered Comcast's Broadband deal. $19.95 a month for the first six months and I end up filling out rebate forms for a cable modem and $100 back after the first month. Not that it really matters. We've been without DSL at the Edstead for about a month, and even after Ed pays the DSL bill we'd have to wait something like 2 weeks for the batards to turn it back on. So, I figure this is simpler. I'll be the one paying for internet provision and that'll make sure I've got internet hookup.

Unfortunatly I gotta wait on the arrival of the cable modem before I can schedule the install.

Hurry up and wait.
